The design of a social data management environment

Dealing with historical social phenomena requires, first of all, data accumulation. The processing of this data requires a complex processing environment that ensures both relational and computational processing and has the necessary tools for these operations. However, due to the locality of the space-time field of historical phenomena, the processing requires at the same time additional information that identifies this locality as much as possible. Thus, the data requires additional information that places them in the space-time field and which is captured in complex classification systems. In the present working papar text we attempt to set the specifications for a social data management environment, which understands their spatial-temporal contexts.
