A question documentation model on the needs of comparative research

A questionnaire as a basic tool for documenting scientific observation is formed on the basis of two schemes: a data scheme that meets the specifications and conceptual definitions of scientific discourse and a communication scheme that organizes communication between scientists and respondents depending on the particular characteristics of the respondent population. The aim of this paper is to design a model of documenting the questions of a questionnaire that allows the detection of similar questions through a database. Such a model can more successfully manage the documentation problems of comparative timeless research, where the questions of a questionnaire are repeated from wave to wave, sometimes unchanged and sometimes varied. It can also help researchers involved in secondary analysis to identify similar questions from different or similar surveys.
